How do theTrading Rooms operate for the ultimate Trading Tip?

Our Expert Moderators are in the Stocks Trading Room for Live Stock Picks from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm Eastern Time. Pre-market calls for Stocks generally begin at 8:00 am Eastern Time.

Futures Trading Room Expert Moderators present Live Futures and Commodities Calls from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm Eastern Time.

Forex Trading Room Expert Moderators make Live Forex Calls from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm Eastern Time.

Members may address trading related questions to our Expert Moderators at any time inside the Rooms but preferably, during a slow period during the market session. Please be sure to view our Guide to Services page as well as, Performance Tracking page for answers to your questions in detail as well as, viewing available trading tips. I am new to day trading, how should I best utilize the Rooms and any tip provided there?


We highly recommend new traders monitor how our Rooms operate for a week or more (actually, a month is a very good recommendation) and demo trade, demo-trade, paper-trade or paper trade calls made in the Rooms prior to making any live trades, with live cash, from a traders account. During certain market conditions, calls made in our Rooms can be very fast paced. The longer a Day Trader monitors the action in our Rooms, the less likely they will make a mistake with their real live trading account thus, reducing the risk of taking a Day Trader out of the Day Trading game, early in the game. The final decision remains with each Day Trader when to begin live Day Trading. We offer One-on-One Private Training from our Training Room.

Do you provide private training for Day Traders?


Yes. One-on-One Private Training is available with one of our Expert Moderators. Access the Training Programs page for complete details.

How much do I need to day trade?


The amount any trader has access to in their trading account is entirely up to each individual Day Trader and the broker they select.

Do you offer a Free Trial to the Rooms?

Yes, we provide a One Week Free Trial for first time users of each of our Rooms either one Room at a time, or all at the same time, at the discretion of the visitor. Visitors may subscribe to a Trial to the Room of their choice. Visitors may subscribe to a One Week Trial to each of our Rooms, at the visitors convenience.

I have already had a One Week Free Trial to one of the Rooms, can I have another one to the same room?

No, we’re sorry but to be fair to all of our Subscribing Members, visitors and other Free Trial Subscribers, we only permit one Free Trial per Room. Please view our Premium Services Index for a complete list of subscription based services we offer as well as multi-month discounts available.

How can I subscribe to your services and what services do you offer?

If you are not already a registered user possessing username and password, from our Premium Services Index simply select the service, subscription period and payment option of your choice. Multi-month discounts are available on the specific services pages.

Yes, certainly. Send an email with your request to subscribe using an alternate method, to our Billing department via our Contact Us page, include your full name and we will respond to you promptly with instructions.

I need to update information on my account, how do I do this?

To update account information such as mailing address or email address, simply send an email to our Billing department via our Contact Us page. Be sure to include your full name and username plus specify the information you need updated, we will respond to you promptly. Do not send credit card information via email.

Do not send credit card information via email. To update credit card information we have on file for you in our secure database simply send an email to our Billing department via our Contact Us page and we will respond to you promptly with instructions. Be sure to indicate that you need to update your credit card information.

I am having problems, who do I contact?

You may connect to our Live Support available from the top right corner throughout our web site or send an email to our Support department via our Contact Us page with your full name, username and a full description of the problem you are encountering.

I sent an email and have not received a response within 24 hours, what do I do?

Try sending another email to our Support department via our Contact Us page again and provide an alternate email address that you use. If you are not receiving our response, it is most likely due to a problem with your email account not accepting an email from us as we respond to all emails promptly and generally within a 24 hour period of receipt. You may also connect to our Live Support available throughout our site. Be sure we are in your safe list in order for our emails to be received by your email provider and email program.

How can I find out which Stocks, Futures, Commodities or Forex are called in the Rooms each market session?

Either by logging into the Rooms each day, access the Read Archive tab for the Room you are subscribed to from your Members Area after you Log In or you can select the Room of your choice from our News & Commentary page, by the date of your choice.

What is a ‘Daily Profit Goal’ and how does this tip benefit me as a trader?

A ‘Daily Profit Goal’ is an amount of profit a Day Trader sets as an amount of profit they aim to make, each market session. Most Day Traders who utilize a ‘Daily Profit Goal’ will stop trading for that day once they hit their ‘Daily Profit Goal’. It can be used to protect profits and helps Day Traders reduce the risk of losing or reducing profits already made. As a Day Trader hits their ‘Daily Profit Goal’ on a consistent basis, they can gradually increase it over time. 'Daily Profit Goal' can be a priceless trading tip for any, professional day trader. What is the best way to connect to the Trading Rooms or the Daily Swing Trades members area?

Check with your local ISP for availability however, the cheapest Internet connection is not the best. All traders require speed and reliability. In addition, be certain that you have the most recent version of Flash installed on your computer, to successfully view the Rooms. If you experience problems viewing the Rooms, be sure to remove the old version of Flash downloaded on your computer.

How many monitors do you recommend?

While this is entirely up to each individual, we recommend at least two or more. Talk with your local computer technician for more assistance on setting up your computer system.

I am not sure how to set up my charts for stocks or futures; can you help me with this?

Yes, we can. For a minimal fee, you can obtain our Proprietary Chart Settings for Stocks or Futures which provides details on how you can see the same thing that our Team of Experts do when they make calls in our Trading Rooms.

How do I determine a Stop Loss?

As this is entirely at the discretion of each individual Day Trader, many traders have a predetermined Stop Loss depending upon the number of shares traded, the price of the Stock, Futures or Forex traded and/or the overall volatility of the Stock, Futures or Forex that they are trading. Day Traders should base their Stop Loss on their own personal, loss risk tolerance. Setting and sticking to a stop loss is a trading tip that can save any trader, a whole lotta money. Can I expect to duplicate the Performance posted on the web site?

No. Our Moderators do not trade accounts for individual Day Traders. Traders should not attempt to duplicate the Performance of calls made in our Rooms. We recommend Day Traders focus on their own Day Trading method while trading calls provided in our Rooms or from our Swing Trading services. Day Traders should not focus on trying to get in on every call made in our Rooms nor should they attempt to duplicate Performance posted by moderators from our Rooms or from our Swing Trades services but, be selective to stocks, futures and Forex that the trader is more familiar with.

How do I know which calls are more risky than others?

We recommend all members in our Rooms monitor calls made by our Team of Experts to familiarize yourself on not only how calls are made but also, how individual stocks, futures and Forex act before they make any trade. The action in our Rooms can be very fast paced; Day Traders are urged to watch the calls in our Rooms several times, before taking any position. The final action remains the sole discretion of each trader.

What Broker should I use?

Brokers vary in many aspects however; fast execution is essential to successful Day Trading. Real time data and charts is a requirement as is, point-n-click execution. You should also have your broker’s phone number on hand, in the event that you lose connection to your data or the Internet. You cannot afford to wait to exit any position, immediate access to your Trading account is critical. You can view our Featured Brokers from our side bar menu.

What is the best time of day to be day trading?

Depending upon overall market action, pre-market can be a very productive trading time for Day Traders, the morning session and late afternoon as well. The late morning and into the early afternoon sessions tend to provide an increased risk for Day Traders.

What is the best location I should be day trading from?

Some Day Traders trade online from their home, an office, at work or at a Day Trading firm. The key thing to remember is, where ever you are Day Trading from, you cannot afford to have any disruptions and you should not focus on 'trading like someone else' does nor should you try to duplicate another traders performance or the performance of our Team of Expert Moderators. Every Day Trader must develop their individual Day Trading strategy and technique.

I don’t have time to day trade; can you help me?

Yes we can. We offer Daily Swing Trades service for short term stock picks on a subscription basis for the short term investor.
