Millennium-Traders.com, LLC Affiliate Agreement

Affiliate Agreement is by and between Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns and registered Affiliates. Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns hereinafter shall be referred to as [us, we, our] and Affiliate shall be referred to as [you, your, Affiliate(s)].

Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns make no guarantees on amount of profits or number of referrals Affiliate may receive by participating in this Affiliate Agreement.

• Assignment of this agreement. Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns has the right to assign this agreement at any time they so desire. You may not assign or transfer this agreement or your rights as an Affiliate, to anyone.
• Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns agrees to pay Affiliate referral fees or reoccurring commission with in 30 days of the date approved credit issued to Affiliates account per terms and conditions contained herein and approved by authorized representative of Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns.
• Affiliates who refer potential clients from Affiliates website to Millennium-Traders.com, earn a referral fee [subject to approval of Millennium-Traders.com] when those clients subscribe to any of the service we offer with a fee.
• You AGREE NOT TO: abuse this Affiliate Agreement; violate terms in this Affiliate Agreement or use inappropriate or unethical behavior to obtain referrals.
• You AGREE NOT TO: use this Affiliate program or Millennium-Traders.com, LLC in any, bulk email campaign. Termination will be immediate should you be found in violation of this term and you give up your rights to any commissions earned, remaining in your account at the time of the termination.
• You AGREE TO: hold Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns harmless for any and all of your actions, any or all expenses, losses, claims damages, costs, liabilities whether joint or severally arising out of or related in any way to the uses under this Affiliate Agreement including but not limited to attorney’s fees, costs or expenses actually incurred in defending against or enforcing any loss, claim, expense, suit, damage or liabilities; and abide by all intellectual property laws.
• You AGREE TO: notify us with in two business days of any change to your mailing address, email address or telephone number.
• Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns has the right to terminate this Affiliate Agreement, at its discretion.
• You have the right to terminate this Agreement with a 10 (ten) day written notice to Millennium-Traders.com, LLC by fax or first class mail.
• Millennium-Traders.com, LLC and/or their assigns make no warranties to you of any kind, expressed or implied regarding this Affiliate Agreement. We expressly disclaim any implied warranty or merchantability of this Affiliate program. We shall not be liable to you for any damages suffered by you whether direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential but not limited to loss of service availability regardless of cause or fault. We are not responsible to you for any loss of profits or service interruptions.
• Millennium-Traders.com, LLC reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement as they see fit. We will make an attempt to notify you but, cannot be held responsible if our attempts to contact you fail.
• Communication shall be acceptable in the form of email, fax or by first class mail.
• If the Affiliate is a company or organization, the individual representing the company agrees that they are authorized to represent the company or organization and are participating, on behalf of the company or organization. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement must be initiated in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Affiliate understands and agrees that, no commission shall be paid to Affiliate for current or former subscribers of Millennium-Traders.com, LLC.
• Earn referral commissions as a stock trading affiliate, futures trading affiliate, forex trading affiliate, swing trading affiliate or trading affiliate.
