To cancel a Subscription, you (subscriber) must complete this 'Cancellation Form' no later than 72 hours prior to your next Renewal/Anniversary Date. Your (subscriber) submission of this 'Cancellation Form' will be tracked by your IP address and by the date you click 'Submit Cancellation' to process this cancellation request. You will have access to the service you are currently subscribed to, that you request cancellation of, until your account for that service is closed, the day prior to your next Renewal/Anniversary date.
Your (subscriber) failure to process this 'Cancellation Form' at least 72 hours prior to your next Renewal/Anniversary Date for the service you (subscriber) specify, will result in the automatic renewal of the service you subscribe to; billing will continue on the credit card we have in our secure database and you hereby authorize Millennium-Traders.com, LLC to process subsequent renewal fees for specified service. You (subscriber) accept full responsibility for additional payments processed on your credit card should you not process this 'Cancellation Form' per terms specified herein. Millennium-Traders.com, LLC cannot be held responsible for technical issues that prohibit you (subscriber) from processing this cancellation request. Please Note: We cannot accept the following email providers: hotmail, msn, cox, adelphia, verizon and comcast.
