Membership Terms and Conditions:

Subscribers will be automatically billed the current subscription rate each month or on the renewal term for the subscription period that Subscriber selected, on the anniversary date of your subscription. (Example: If you subscribe on January 10th, you will be billed on the 10th of the month of your subscription expiration or anniversary date of your subscription).

Unless and until this agreement is canceled in accordance with the cancellation procedures proscribed in these Terms & Conditions, Subscribers hereby authorize Millennium-Traders to charge Subscribers credit card to pay for the ongoing cost of their subscription. Payment for subscriptions can be made by automatic credit-card debit or other approved facility. We offer other forms of payment in addition to credit cards; for details send an email to our Billing Department via our Contact Us page and request complete details. Subscriptions will be automatically renewed for successive terms upon expiration unless Subscriber cancels; no later than 72 hours prior to their renewal/anniversary date. By processing your subscription with Millennium-Traders, you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This agreement is subject to change at any time and changes are effective upon timely notice made to each Subscriber. Should conditions, terms or subscription rates change, Millennium-Traders cannot be held responsible if Subscriber does not receive notice provided to Subscriber.

Member Hereby certifies the following by accessing any Subscription Based Service from Millennium-Traders:

Millennium-Traders is an online service available only to subscribing members for: day trading, day traders, swing traders, short term investors, investors and momentum traders etc. Subscription is based on a "flat-fee" basis entitling Subscribers’ access to the Service they subscribed to.

Millennium-Traders is hereby authorized to apply the Subscribers credit card to the initial subscription purchase plus, ongoing automatic concurrent renewals (renewal is automatic for the original term subscribed to upon expiration and each period there after), until or unless you provide notice of cancellation request no later than 72 hours prior to expiration of your next renewal/anniversary date. In order to cancel your subscription, Subscribers must complete our Cancellation Form. Failure to comply with these cancellation procedures will result in your account being charged for the next period of service which you subscribed to which you will be held financially responsible for. Requests to cancel will only be accepted by completing the Cancellation Form.

Millennium-Traders can not be held responsible for a faulty email address provided by a Subscriber. If Subscriber submits an email to Millennium-Traders via our Contact Us page and Subscriber does not receive an email response from Millennium-Traders within 24 (twenty-four) business hours after a Subscriber processes an email, Subscriber should send another email, preferably from another email account the Subscriber uses, in the event that there is a problem with your first email account used for the first request.

Millennium-Traders maintain a strict NO REFUNDS policy once billing has begun and a subscription may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity. Subscriber may not share login or password with any other person or entity. As a Subscriber, you must promptly inform Millennium-Traders of changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the service you subscribe to; changes in home or billing address; and any apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure or use of an ID or password, or your credit card number. Subscriber shall remain liable for any and all unauthorized use of the Service which they subscribed to including but, not limited to all subscription dues purchased with the credit card information Subscriber provided to Millennium-Traders prior to Subscribers notification to Millennium-Traders of a suspected security breach.

Subscriber’s are responsible for paying regular, periodic subscription fees according to the then-current billing terms that you are the legal holder of the credit card, debit card, bank card or any other financial device used to establish this subscription.

Members may add subscriptions or services by clicking on the Profle tab from your My Services page in the Members area, after you Login.
