Make Sure You Receive Millennium-Traders Newsletters and General Emails.

Unsolicited, unwanted advertising email commonly known as "spam" has become a huge problem for the Internet. It has reached such large proportions that many email service providers and Internet Service Providers (ISP's) have installed email blocking programs, email filtering systems or have begun to rely on self-proclaimed blacklists to tell the good guys from the bad.

We at Millennium-Traders applaud the intentions to protect you from spam. Everyone agrees that the current systems and programs utilized for stopping spam is far from the perfect solution. These methods often block email that you've requested or wish to receive. The problem is occasionally, some email appears to be spam when in fact, it is not. The more responsible anti-spam activists are working hard to cut down on these "false positives" but, in the mean time, you might unexpectedly find you're not getting your Millennium-Traders Newsletters or you are unable to receive regular email correspondence from Millennium-Traders.

There is something you can do to keep your Millennium-Traders Newsletters and other email correspondence from us, from falling into the false positive trap. You can fight the blacklists with a "white-list" in an attempt to prevent any future email delivery failure.

We are aware that, every email provider is different and are providing instructions for some of the most popular providers, right here. If your email provider is not listed here, you must contact your email provider or ISP's customer service department and ask for their instructions. Feel free to forward your response to us and we may add it to our list to help others achieve your results. If you're using some sort of spam filtering or blocking software yourself in addition to what your ISP or email provider includes, we've also listed instructions on how to exempt your Millennium-Traders Newsletters and email correspondence from Millennium-Traders for some of the more popular programs.

One suggestion; you can add the address located in the 'From' line of your most recent Millennium-Traders Newsletter to your address book. This should allow future emails to reach your Inbox.

View details of our Spam Free Policy on the Legal page.

AOL

AOL version 9.0: Add the 'From' email address which appears in the most recent Millennium-Traders Newsletters or other email from Millennium-Traders you received from us to your 'People I Know' list.

You can also send an email to the 'From' email address from the Millennium-Traders Newsletter you received and/or other email correspondence from Millennium-Traders and you will automatically add Millennium-Traders to your "People I Know" list. Detailed instructions provided:

  • Open the most recent Millennium-Traders Newsletter or recent email you received from us;
  • Copy the address that appears in the 'From' line;
  • Click the 'Reply' button, in the top right corner;
  • A new email window will open with the address in the 'Send To' line already filled in;
  • Replace the address in the 'Send To' box with the one you copied out of the 'From' line;
  • Click 'Send Now' from the top right corner.

Even if the email you send does not get through to us for whatever reason, simply by sending the email, does the job of putting Millennium-Traders into your 'People I Know' list and that completes the process.

For an earlier version of AOL, you'll need to set your Mail Controls:

  • Go to 'Keyword Mail Controls';
  • Select the screen name we're sending your Millennium-Traders Newsletter or emails to;
  • Click 'Customize Mail Controls' for that screen name.

For AOL version 7.0: In the section for 'exclusion and inclusion parameters' and include the domain http://www.millennium-traders.com.

Others

Many popular email programs including older versions of Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, and Netscape Mail don't provide a convenient way for you to white-list the folks you want to receive email from. If you're using this sort of email system and you either aren't getting your Millennium-Traders Newsletters and/or other email addressed from Millennium-Traders or want to make sure you continue to receive your newsletters as well as other email correspondence from Millennium-Traders in the future, you can do something about it.

Contact the customer service department or the Postmaster at the company that provides your email or your Internet Service Provider (your ISP). Explain to them that the Millennium-Traders Newsletters and/or other email addressed from Millennium-Traders are emails that you asked for, value or need to receive. Ask them if they can white-list the us. (Unfortunately, some email systems don't allow white-listing) If they do white-list, they'll probably ask you for some information about us. Here's what to tell them:

  • Sending Address: If they ask for our address, give them the address in the "From" line of your most recent Millennium-Traders Newsletter and/or other email addressed from Millennium-Traders.
  • Domain: If they need to know the domain we're mailing from, provide the following:

millennium-traders.com
lyris.com
cosmo.lyris.com

  • IP Address: If they ask for our sending IP address, please contact our Support Department via email from the Contact Us page.

Thank you for white-listing Millennium-Traders.
